Shopping in Seoul – Myeong-dong (Shopping district)

After covering my least favorite, I am taking a leap to my most favorite shopping district in Seoul – Myeongdong. It is a well-known shopping district; there are multiple stores of brands in this area and it is so crowded, that many people may not be able to handle it during weekends and holidays. Being a shopaholic, I feel like I am in the company of MY people, hehe!

I have listed all the brands and places I could remember on the top of my head. I am planning to visit Myeongdong again this week and I will take notes to add the things I might have missed. There are multiple beauty brand stores like Etude House, Missha, Nature Republic in the same line that you will be baffled! And there are a lot of street-side vendors for accessories!

If you are in Korea for a short period of time and want to do loads of shopping, go to Myeong-dong and you can find almost everything there. Myeong-dong also houses a lot of banks, currency exchange (handling only 4 major currencies) in addition to theaters and cinema halls. No matter what day or time you visit Myeongdong, you will never be alone!
