Hello ladies! How are you today? I am finally going to do a review of the Revlon Colorstay Aqua Mineral Makeup. I have had this for over a year and for the three months I have had this blog, I never got to review it. So here is what I think about the Revlon Colorstay Aqua mineral foundation.
Product: Revlon ColorStay Aqua Mineral Makeup
Claim: Instant Hydration with a flawless luminous finish. All day wear.
USP: Mineral powder, SPF 13
Quantity: 9.9 g (0.35 fl.oz.)
My shade: Light medium
I had heard great things about Revlon Colorstay liquid foundation so I decided to buy it in powder form because I prefer mineral makeup as it is supposed to be less harsh and also because I do not use liquid foundation everyday (even though I do not have perfect skin).
I liked the compact look of this mineral foundation. the brush is good enough, it is travel-friendly and there is a good quantity packed in there.
The Revlon Colorstay mineral powder foundations were available in two forms: shimmer (Revlon ColorStay) and matte (Revlon ColorStay Aqua). I bought the matte mineral powder because I do not like using shimmery powders all over my face. I just like to highlight my browbone and lips (gloss) and occasionally cheekbones.
The powder is really good and feels very cool to the skin when applied. It gives a perfect finish and has a light coverage. So I use it directly after dabbing concealer on problem areas.
It also does not settle in lines or crease or fade away. It sort of stays in place and looks very natural. I have no complaints from this product and it is going to last me till April 2014 so I am quite happy. I do use the brush provided for applying this powder. It is good quality and picks up enough product to apply. It is soft and feels like a good-quality brush.

I really like mineral makeup and was huge fan of Loreal Mineral concealer andMaybelline Mineral blush. Now I am a fan of Revlon Colorstay Aqua Mineral Makeup! What are your thoughts on mineral makeup? Have you tried the Revlon foundations?
