Maybelline launched 9 Color tattoo shades in Korea or at least I have only seen 9 in the display at Watsons and Olive Young stores (Korean drugstores). 05 Too Cool is the first in line and did not catch my eye at first. But I got it for a lot of reasons. Read on to find out why I bought it, how I use it and what I think about it!

Maybelline Color Tattoo 05 Too Cool is a white shade with silver shimmer particles. It is a very cool-toned light shade that brightens up the eye. It can be used on the inner corner (sheered out), as a stand alone lid color or as a base for other eyeshadows.
Too Cool when worn as a stand alone eyeshadow brightens up the eye and adds a sheen to lighten any shade worn over it. I use it to lighten dark eyeshadows. Little hint of shimmer from this shade looks beautiful under other eyeshadows.
This is not a unique shade and hence not a must-have in my opinion but it wears the best under other eyeshadows (since it does not clash with any shade) so for people not having a huge eyeshadow bases/color selection, this can be a one-stop solution!

As I have stated in my reviews of the 40 Tenacious Teal and 25 Bad to the Bronze shade, these color tattoos are build-able, long-lasting, do not crease and easily blend-able!
