I went for a head massage and hair spa to a nearby beauty parlor sometime ago and received this Nature’s Essence Detoxifying Foot Patch for using their services worth 1500 INR. I put it in my handbag and forgot all about it. One day while cleaning my handbag I took this out and read the details. It looked gimmicky but I decided to give it a try anyway. Here is my review!

Claim: A natural foot patch that discharges toxins and internal moisture from the body through foot points. It relieves stress, fatigue, promotes sleeping and brightens the skin. It also helps in eliminating constipation.
Quantity: 8 g * 2 (One patch for each foot, for one time use)
Price: 200 INR
How To Use:

1. Before going to sleep,  clean the feet.
2. Tear down the bigger paster of the ventilate adhesive plaster and attach the side printed with characters to the adhesive plaster.
3. Shake up the bag, tear down the smaller paster of the ventilate adhesive plaster and the attach the bag to the volar.
4. Remove the plasters in the morning.

Key Ingredients: Negative Ions, Carapace Element, Vitamin C, Orange oil, Bamboo Vinegar Liquid, Mineral powder, Plant powder.
 

Nature’s Essence Detoxifying Foot Patch comes in a green cardboard packaging which contains a silver sealed sachet containing 2 foot patches and two adhesive plasters. There is nothing more I need to talk about packaging.
To use it, clean your feet and then take the foot patches (they looks like large tea bags) and attach plasters on them carefully. The printed side gets attached to the plaster and the other side is applied to the foot. Now seal the plaster so that the foot patch is well glued to the base of the foot.
That’s it!
Go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning, you will see soggy foot patches smelling like herbs. Remove the plaster and dispose the foot patches. Of course wash your feet!
The product claims to do so many things that I am not sure can be quantified. Like how am I supposed to know if the toxins actually got removed and the soggy foot patches are not just because of something else like sweat. Anyhow, I have no idea why am I doing the review of this product in the first place.
But to be honest, having a chance of (or rather just the thought of) getting rid of toxins from my body encouraged me to use it. If it happened, then good for me! What do you think about the Nature’s Essence Detoxifying Foot Patch?
