Brows have taken a prominent place in makeup internationally and many brands have launched different brow products to fill in the need. But India is still lagging behind however Maybelline identified the need and came out with the Fashion Brow Duo Shaper. It comes in two different shades – brown and gray. And I like it since black is usually very harsh so gray and brown work well for Indian skintones. I picked up the brown one since I like the more natural finish. I have been using it for a while so here is the review for you!

Maybelline Fashion Brow Duo Shaper comes in a double-ended pencil form. One end has the 0.2 mm micro tip lead pencil and the other has the sponge tip and the mineral powder. Most brow products in India come with a normal tip pencil and spooly on the other end so this one is different! The packaging is simple, sleek and travel-friendly!
In case you are wondering how to use this eyebrow pencil, let me share how I like to use it! Since the pencil had a 0.2 mm micro tip pencil, it is easy to create small feathery hair like strokes to define and shape the brows. If I want to make my brows stronger, I then use the sponge tip powder all over. Like a true Indian woman, I use the pencil more but the powder works great to create a strong and bold look!
One thing I think that is important to be mentioned is that the lead pencil is a bit drier than most eye pencils when new. But I still think the texture is good enough to define brows and have them look natural! I have enjoyed using the Maybelline Brow pencil the past few weeks and I have been featuring it in various makeup looks I have been doing these days. Maybelline Fashion Brow Duo Shaper is a perfect eyebrow product. Cream products are more harsh and also dry up faster but powder products are long lasting and also look more natural. I would highly recommend this product to everyone looking for a travel-friendly, affordable and natural finish eyebrow definer.
