Hi everyone. This is just a quick post about my new Maybelline Color Sensational Moisture Extreme lipcolor in B41 Chestnut. Maybelline products can only be found in Olive Young stores and big emart outlets. The collection is fast dwindling which makes me guess that the current shades are getting discontinued and Maybelline is introducing new shades (or same shade in with different name and numbering) for fall in Korea.
I had been eyeing a lot of shades when there was a SALE going on but I contained myself from buying more than 2 at a time. I already have a lot of lip products so I always picked the best out of the available stock. Today there were only 6 shades rest were all sold out so I finally picked up Chestnut.

It is a perfect color for the your-lips-but-better neutral shade. I like that it does not wash out my lips and adds just a hint of color. And like all other Maybelline Color Sensational lipsticks, this is an extremely moisturizing, moderately lasting, richly pigmented shade. My lips and the photo on the right do not do justice to this beautiful color. And I love how rich Chestnut looks in the swatch on my hand!
Chestnut is the best neutral shade in the Color Sensational Moisture Extreme Lipcolor line in my opinion. Of course I love Soft Azalea the best but it is rich bright pink! I was keen on buying rich colors like Corals and Pinks so I kept on overlooking the neutrals but now I am obsessed with this shade. At least for the next one week I see myself using this everyday.
I love Maybelline lipsticks. The color sensational line has some of the most beautiful shades in the drugstore. I would love to own all of them but…. Do you like Maybelline lipsticks? Which one is your favorite shade?
