This is third and final post of review of the L’Oreal Paris Cannes collection. Cherry Crush is a cool toned medium pink that look very fresh on the lips; Arabian night is a dark plum shade which looks deeper in the packaging than the actual color payoff, it is perfect for a statement lips; Lincoln Rose is a red shade with orange undertones, this color will work for most warm skintones!

L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Moist Matte lipsticks come in a gold packaging with a shade button on one side. For Cannes collection, L’Oreal Paris has glamourized the packaging with Swarovski elements on the color button side of the packaging. This addition makes the packaging that much more royal and special.
L’Oreal Moist Matte lipsticks are easy to apply on the lips (not as creamy as non-matte lipsticks though) and have a good color payoff. They settle fast into a matte finish and stay put for hours!
The range of colors in this range are beautiful, there is something for everyone! Since these are matte finish, I exfoliate my lips usually to provide a clean and smooth base, else the lipstick accentuates dryness. I have not experienced any feathering from these lipsticks but they do transfer a bit after applying.
Each shade depending upon the depth gives a slightly different lasting power. The lighter shades need to be reapplied slightly sooner than the deeper shades. I have gotten upto 5 hours of wear with minimal transfer from the medium to deeper shades (I have a total of 4 shades from this range). These lipsticks also leave a stain behind. I give L’Oreal Paris Moist Matte lipsticks a big thumbs up!

I totally hate how this shade looked on me but had to share the photo to show the full-on pigmentation of the Moist Matte “Arabian Night” lipstick. I usually tone down such dark shades to suit me.
