Just Herbs Malabar Lemongrass Invigorating Gentle Wash – Review, Price in India!
Hi everyone, today I am going to review a body wash that I have used up recently. Actually, I received a deluxe sized sample of it in my FabBag last month. I took with me on my trip to Chandigarh. I have tried and recommended many Just Herbs products in the past so I thought I would discuss my review of the Just Herbs Malabar Lemongrass Body Wash with you too. Let’s get started!
Product: Just Herbs Malabar Lemongrass Invigorating Gentle Body Wash
Price: 545 INR

*I received a 50 ml sample in my August FabBag

Just Herbs Malabar Lemongrass Invigorating Body Wash comes in a clear plastic round bottle with a black pump dispenser. The sample I received had a different packaging. The full-size is not travel-friendly but it is hygienic. It has the color of sugarcane juice and also smells like it. I am specifically mentioning it because I expected it to smell more citrus-y.
This body wash lathers well and you only need a little bit at a time. I think I finished it up in 8 days. I am not a huge fan of the smell, thankfully the smell does not linger. I have smelled lemongrass essential oil so this does smell like that too. Somehow it still feels more sugarcane-y to me in smell.
It feels refreshing to the skin. The only thing I did not enjoy was that it did not wash off completely. I felt like there was a bit of a residue on my skin even after the shower. It might be because of the moisturizing ingredients like wheatgerm oil, soy lecithin, etc. I did not mind it since I had a small sized sample. If you like squeaky clean skin after shower like me, then this may not be suitable for you. The thing to note here is that it is not so moisturizing that you can skip your body lotion after using this.
Even though this body wash is not my absolute favorite, I still appreciate that the brand has created it without parabens, SLS, synthetic ingredients, etc. We need more skincare products that are good for the skin rather than ones that smell good but harm our skin and the environment.
Rating: 3.75/5
Recommend: Yes
Repurchase: Maybe
I do not believe in repeating body cleansers since there are so many amazing products in the market to experiment with so I am not going to repurchase it. Though I am glad that a lot of Indian brands are now coming with SLS free, skin-friendly products. Just Herbs has some amazing skincare and body products that you can check out. I would recommend this body wash by Just Herbs to people looking for a good quality, SLS and paraben-free body wash which feel moisturizing to the skin.
