Hi everyone, how are you? I am recovering from my operation and feeling far better these days. Last few weeks were full of doctor visits, hospital stays and stress. I am glad it is over! Anyhow, let us talk about things that make us feel good like chocolates, makeup and fashion, maybe just talk about makeup. Ha! Today I received my FabBag for this month which is the The Beauty Resolutions bag. I got all new brands to try out and I am really pleased with what I got in my January Fabbag. Voitre Face Serum
Claim: This aqua rich revitalizing (PM) serum enriched with virgin cold pressed oils. Herbal blends and innovative molecules help to brighten the complexion and reduce fine lines.

When I was in Korea, I loved trying out these products but when I came back, there was nothing happening in the Indian beauty industry. I am glad various brands are introducing serums, ampoules and oils in India. The list of active ingredients is also strong and I hope to get some skincare benefits from that. This serum has a gel like texture and absorbs easily to the skin. It is not at all oily so I am sure it would work for all skintypes. It smells of Rosehip and Lemon (it contains essential oils of these). I have not yet used it on my face but fingers crossed I am hoping to love it!
Natural Bath & Body Clay Face Masque
Claim: Like the special clay masks that were a favourite with the Egyptian Goddess Cleopatra, our French Red Clay Masque never fails to soften your skin, preserves its complexion and imparts a natural glow. It is a gentle paste of French Red Clay which is an absolute powerhouse of iron and other minerals. Best suited for normal to oily skin types, it cleanses, detoxifies and exfoliates the skin leaving it highly refreshed and toned. The clay is blended with Organic Rosehip oil, Virgin Coconut oil and balancing Cedarwood Essential oil. As oils further nourish the skin, turmeric powder and sandalwood give it a distinctive radiance.

For my dry skintype, I look out for moisturizing masks rather than (clarifying and tightening) clay masks. However, this red clay mask in deluxe sample size would be a good one to try out! I have been having some open pores in my T zone and I hope this one will help clean and tighten them out. I had never heard of this brand before so I do not know what to expect. Anyhow, I will update you with my experience about this one!
Natural Bath & Body Whipped Cream
Claim: Our whipped cream is a decadent indulgence especially for oily and sensitive skin. It has been vigorously whisked to give it a luscious, fluffy texture that gets absorbed instantly. Loaded with Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid and a Charmed potion of virgin coconut oil, sweet almond oil and argan oil, this ultra-light cream completely nourishes, softens and tones the skin

Another product from the brand, this Whipped cream is actually meant for oily and sensitive skin. I have dry skin so I am not sure if it will be hydrating enough for me. I still love getting cream samples since I can always keep them around to mix with my foundation for a natural glowing finish. From first impressions, I can say that it has a light texture. More on that when I review it!
Spa Ceylon Green Mint Cooling Foot Scrub
Claim: A natural purifying formula to soften, smooth and revitalize feet. Lime Peel, Dark Grape and Volcanic Minerals help remove rough patches and hard skin, lightening discoloration. Peppermint and Lemongrass essential oils coll and refresh feet, controlling foot odour. Margosa and Virgin Coconut nourish, soothe and relax for total foot comfort.

Okay, so when I see a green tub with the name Green Mint Cooling Foot Scrub, I expect the colour of the product to be green too. However, the scrub is white in colour and smells fresh of mint. It is also cooling and has fine scrub granules. My skin need a good pedicure session so I know I will get a good use out of this scrub!
Lollipops Paris AntiCernes Concealer

This is the only makeup product from the Fabag this month. I have dark under eye circles so I am always on the lookout for a concealer which is why I chose this from the website. The colour also looks like it will work for me. I am yet to incorporate this into my makeup look but I have swatched it and it seems to blend well and also match my skintone. This is the product I am most excited to try out from this month’s contents. I am sure you will see this in the upcoming makeup looks!
There are 4 skincare and 1 makeup products in this Fabbag. As mentioned above, this month subscribers got a chance to pick up the makeup product. Out of the options, I chose the Lollipops Paris Anti-Cernes Concealer. Overall I am pleased with my FabBag including the bag itself which has cute prints on it.
