Innisfree Skin Clinic Hyaluronic Acid Mask Review

Innisfree makes some of the best nature-based makeup and skincare products. Some of my favourite skincare products are from Innisfree including the Innisfree Rose Clear Skin (toner) and a few mask sheets. I am so glad that they are expanding and have set up a few stores in India now. I tried their Skin Clinic mask for the first time recently and here is my detailed review based on my experience.

Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask Hyaluronic Acid

Like other Korean brands, the Innisfree Skin Clinic  mask sheets come in individual packaging. The sachet comes in beautiful colours and also contains important information about the product printed on it. The masksheet comes neatly folded in the packaging in a plastic sheet that needs to be removed before application.
One thing I noticed about the masksheet is that it was thinner than the other masksheets I have used from Innisfree especially the It’s Real Squeeze masks. The essence is not as runny and absorbs fast in comparison. If I remember correctly, the mask had clung to my skin and felt dry after 20-25 minutes.
Since Hyaluronic acid is supposed to be great for dry and ageing skin, I expected this mask sheet to make my skin feel hydrated and stay so for a few days. And I am happy to report that my expectations were met! This mask sheet contains Sodium Hyaluronate (Sodium salt of Hyaluronic Acid) and works well to deliver some much-needed moisture to the skin.

Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask Hyaluronic Acid – Review

This mask does not feel heavy since the essence is light and apparently water-based. This is precisely the reason why I think that Innisfree Skin Clinic mask is great for all skintypes. It might not be as useful for people in their mid-20s or younger but I think people in their late 20’s onwards can definitely benefit from this mask.
The whole effect of this mask sheet lasted for 3-4 days before I needed to use another mask sheet to add some moisture to my dry skin.

Mask sheets can work great if you use them every few days for some extra TLC for the skin. I like to use them twice a week for my dry skin. People with oily skin can use a masksheets once or twice a week depending on their needs. I did not notice anything exceptional after using this mask sheet except for the moisturising effect that lasted for 3-4 days post use. I still recommend this Innisfree mask to people with all skin types in their late 20’s onwards.
