Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel lipstick – Review
Hi everyone, I signed up as a consultant for Oriflame a few months ago. I have been their consultant before but left it when I went to South Korea. I decided to try it again. I had been eyeing their Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel lipstick for a few months before finally ordering one fir myself. These lipsticks were launched in Ocotber in India (these lipsticks were introduced much earlier in other countries). Giordani Gold also have a range of lipsticks called the Giordani Gold Jewel lipstick that comes in a similar packaging. I have one shade from both range of lipsticks so I will be reviewing the other one soon. Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel lipstick comes in three shades – Cerise Drama, N*de Intrique, Royal Camellia. I own the shade Cerise Drama and here’s my review!

Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel lipsticks come in gorgeous gold bullet packaging. There is a beautiful embossed print on the bottom half of the tube. It is one of the most beautifully packaged lipstick at drugstore price (I am saying drugstore considering Lakme, Maybelline, Colorbar and L’Oreal Paris lipstick prices). There are 3 shades in this range Cerise Drama (Reddish Pink), N*de Intrique (N*dish brown) and Royal Camellia (Warm Light Pink). The Giordani Gold Barique Jewel lipsticks have minuscule gold shimmer particles in them, which is the only difference between them and the Giordani Gold Jewel lipsticks.
The gorgeous packaging looks amazing on my vanity!
Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel Lipstick – Cerise Drama is a reddish pink shade that would look good most Indian skintones. All of the shades in this lipstick range are creamy and soft. They glide like a dream on the lips but do not feather or bleed. I have pigmented lips so this shade worked really well for me. It lasts on my lips for about 4 hours before fading away. I have not yet detected any staining of the lips from this lipstick.
The Baroque Jewel Lipsticks can be used sheer for a glossy hit of color (one swipe) or worn full on (two swipes) for a creamy colorful finish. The lipsticks are decently pigmented and look very flattering. Since they are creamy, you can easily skip lip balm and since they have a glossy finish, you can skip gloss too. I think all of the three shades in this lipstick range are office-appropriate!

I am loving the Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel Lipstick in Cerise Drama. It is a shade that I can wear everyday and the texture is so creamy that I do not even feel the need for a lip balm. It gives me a decent lasting power and I adore the packaging. I highly recommend the Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel Lipsticks to everyone!

In the pack I could see gold shimmer particles, but on the lips it looks glossy and not glittery. Gorgeous.
I loved the creamy and glossy look this lipstick gave me (I am not a huge fan of glittery lipsticks either!)
