Hi everyone, after coming to India I have been busy meeting family and friends and also gathering some products from the Indian market that I could not find back in Korea…. Before I ever conceived the idea of starting my beauty blog, I was a Maybelline and L’Oreal devotee in the makeup category and The Body Shop in the bath and skincare category. Lack of availability, knowledge and some budget constraints kept me away from trying other brands. Now that I am a full time blogger living in India, I have decided to try everything I can in the Indian market. My wishlist includes Forest Essentials products at the top! So recently I went to a Forest Essentials store in Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar in New Delhi and picked up a few things.

I wanted to try the face massage cream and pack but since I am travelling a lot this month, I decided to settle for the travel kit. It contains a Shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser, face lotion. Each of the bottle contains 50 ml (1.69 fl. oz.) of product.
I liked the fuss-free and elegant packaging of the products at first sight! I am not a huge fan of Rose scent but the rose scented products from Forest Essentials smell divine! One of the striking things was how they handed my kit to me. Maybe I was impressed because it was first time buying Forest Essentials products, but I loved how the SA sprayed a body mist on the tissue, wrapped it around the kit and added some dried rose petals (Potpourri) to the package. It adds to the shopping experience in my opinion.

I am so happy with my purchase and so excited to finally try out Forest Essentials products. I had heard so many good things about their products that it was about time that I tried and reviewed some for my blog.
Note: I cannot find the kit I bought on the Forest Essentials website at the moment. The kit nearest to my purchase in terms of products is the Forest Essentials Travel Essentials Rose kit. Instead of the Indian Rose Bath & Shower Oil, Body Massage Oil, Hand and Body Lotion – I got the Kashmiri Saffron & Neem Delicate Facial Cleanser, Aloe Vera & Sandalwood Sunscreen Lotion and the Indian Rose Absolute Ultra Rich Body lotion.
