The Face Shop Herb Day 365 Aloe Cleansing Foam REVIEW

The Face Shop is one of my favorite Korean brands. I loved using their nail paints and face masks (read here) while staying in Korea. I got to try some of their skincare products. One of the first thing I tried from them was the Herb Day 365 Aloe Cleansing Foam. Here is quick review!

The Face Shop Herb Day 365 Aloe Cleansing Foam

Product: The Face Shop Herb Day 365 Aloe Cleansing Foam
Claim: A mild, natural cleanser, which contains nine herbs and fresh Aloe ingredients , providing moisture after cleansing.
Quantity: 170 ml
Price: 3000 KRW (~3$)
The Face Shop Herb Day 365 cleansing foam is a range of face washes – Peach, Aloe, Lemon, Spearmint, Acerola, Mung Beans. I picked up Aloe cleansing foam because it is claimed to be a hydrating face wash. Since I have dry skin, I always look out for hydrating cleansers.
These face washes come in a white squeeze out tube packaging. Even though the lid closes tightly, these are bulky in size so I would not consider them for travelling. The Aloe cleansing foam is white in color and lathers well but the consistency is very creamy. After washing my face I never noticed any apparent drying or tightening of skin. I cannot the ingredient list but I am guessing these do contain added fragrance. The fragrance is however mild and does not bother me.
PS: Sorry for the weird photo. I clicked this photo when I was about to finish using it.
Rating: 3/5
Recommend: Maybe. This face wash did not turn out to be anything special for me but for my dry skin, it worked well while it lasted. I think anyone can use this face wash especially since Aloe Vera usually works for all skintypes.
Repurchase: Maybe. I do not think that this cleansing foam was irreplaceable so I will be trying out other face washes out there. I was neither appalled nor pleased with this one!
