FABBAG March 2016 Unboxing and Review

Hi everyone, I am here today with the unboxing and review of the March FabBag. This month’s theme is “More Power To You” fitting with the Women’s Day that falls on the 8th of March. FabBag had mentioned on their website that each bag this month would contain a newly launched lipstick. I did a little math and figured it was going to be the Sugar Cosmetics lipstcik. Sugar Cosmetics It’s A-pout Time! Vivid lipstick

Shade – 04 Coraline in the city
I was really excited to try out Sugar Cosmetics It’s A-pout Time! Vivid Lipstick. They are the latest launch in the market, read my post about the Sugar Cosmetics It’s A-pout Time! Vivid Lipsticks. I received a beautiful coral-y read shade called Coraline in the City. These are matte lipsticks and look really posh in packaging. Here’s a swatch of the shade:

Nykaa Nail Enamel – Strawberries n Cream

Quantity: 10 ml
Price: 149 INR
I received a 5 ml sample of this nail paint. It is a gorgeous peach shade, again perfect for spring and summer. I ran out of a similar shade from Colorbar so I am glad this came into my life. When Nykaa launched their nail enamels, I was really tempted to buy some shades but refrained. Now I will be able to review and make up my mind about the range! I will definitely feature this in a future NOTD.

Wella Professionals Elements Renewing Shampoo and Mask

 

(Shampoo) Quantity: 250 ml for 975 INR
(Mask) Quantity: 150 ml for 1075 INR
I had seen Wella Professionals products way back in 2010. One thing I find amusing is that I got the shampoo and mask, in my mind it should be shampoo and conditioner. Well, no issues, my dry hair would love some pampering and extra nourishment from the mask. I am currently using the L’Oreal Professional hair care range so this will be the next one in line to try.

Divo Eyelash Curler

Price: 125 INR
This eyelash curler looks sturdy but when I tried to use it, it did not fit my eye very well. I think it is a little too curved for me. And the rubber insert came out while I was trying it out. I will still give another try before reviewing it (or writing it off). It is my least favorite product from the bag this month.

Overall, I received 2 full-size products and 3 samples in the March FabBag. I am pleased with the brands and products I have received (maybe not the eyelash curler though). This month’s FabBag is good value for money in my opinion. I will be reviewing these products on the blog separately so keep an eye out for that!
