I loved the matte black heart shaped bag from this month and also the fact that I received products from the brands I have never tried before. I did receive an LA Splash mascara in a previous Fabbag but misplaced it and never got to use it. So LA Splash, Eau Thermale Avene, Kama Aurveda and Sally Hansen are all new for me.
The LA Splash Lip Couture liquid lipstick – Forbidden shade really won my heart from this edition of Fabbag. It is pink and bold. I had been wanting to try out Sally Hansen nail colors even when I was in South Korea but resisted because of the exorbitant price there, I finally get to try it and that too in full-size.
I love using Ayurvedic products on my skin and I have read really good reviews about some products from Kama Ayurveda so I am quite excited to be trying out their soap free cleanser and night cream. Eau Thermale Avene has some award winning products too and even though I would have preferred something else from their line, I will definitely give D-pigment a go.
I had heard (on social media) about some instances where some products sent in FabBag were close to their expiration date. This has not happened to me except for a Chapstick I received in my July FabBag that was set to expire in September of the same year. The products from FabBag this month all were produced near the end of 2014 and expire near the end of 2016. With 2 full size and 3 sample size products from Indian and International brands, I am happy with my Fabbag this month. Buy your own Fab Bag here.
