Estèe Lauder is one of my favorite high end international brands. I have always enjoyed their makeup and that is probably the reason why I picked up their entire holiday collections in the past few years. Two of my favorites have been the Makeup Artist Professional Color Collection and the Glamour is Golden Blockbuster collection. Through these collections I have tried many of their eyeshadows, lipsticks and eyeliners. I have loved their Pure Color Crystal lipsticks a lot so I got super excited to see the launch of new range of lipsticks from Estèe Lauder in India. The latest range of lipsticks to hit the shelves is the Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipsticks and the Pure Color Envy Liquid Lip Potion. I recently got my hands on the former and also got all the swatches for you! After careful consideration, I decided to do the swatches and review in the same post. So here it goes!

I have a huge collection of lipsticks so despite falling for multiple shades from the Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting range, I picked up the shade 420 Stronger.
Not only is it a statement lip shade, it is also very unique. Out of all the 8 shades, this one appealed to me the most. I also liked 210 Neon Azalea, 320 Volatile, 120 Irrepressible and 220 Unattainable. I selected the shades 420 Stronger and 210 Neon Azalea for trying in the store. Here is how both of them looked like:

I picked up 420 Stronger since I have worn a couple of shades like 210 Neon Azalea in the past plus 420 Stronger looked more Fall/Winter appropriate to me! It looks a bit more purple in this photo (under artificial lights) so do refer to my FOTD below to get an idea about how it looks in natural light!

I love this shade so much! When I opened it for the first time, I was so afraid of using it since I did not want to spoil the beauty. Anyway I got over my fear (thankfully) and have been wearing this non stop!
Estèe Lauder Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipstick 420 Stronger Swatches!

Estèe Lauder Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipstick is a matte finish lipstick with luxurious feel. It applies well on the lips and gives a rich matte finish to the lips. It is not at all drying to the lips and does not feather out either. The pigmentation is also brilliant as one swipe gives opaque finish.
The shade 420 Stronger is a vibrant fuscia with purple undertones. Despite being a statement shade it is still wearable and will suit varied skintones. It is the kind of shade that can make a simple makeup look appear glamourous!
This lipstick transfers very little and also fades only slightly even after heavy meals. I have had more than 8 hours of wear time with this lipstick without touchups. I only had to reapply it after two meals around the center of my lips.
I think the Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipstick is one of the best matte lipsticks out there in the market with huge bang for your buck. It is every bit worth the money it costs and will work great for special occasions and even everyday wear.
The Estèe Lauder Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipstick leaves a little stain behind which also adds to the lasting power of the lipstick. With the long wear, this lipstick is still easy to remove with any cream or oil based remover. So for this festive season, it is one luxury item you can fearlessly indulge in!

Estèe Lauder have always wowed me with their lipsticks whether it was Pure Color, Pure Color Envy, Pure Color Envy Sculpting or Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipsticks. I would highly recommend the Estèe Lauder Pure Color Envy Matte Sculpting lipstick especially my shade 420 Stronger. These lipsticks give a beautiful matte finish, are long-lasting, come in spectacular shades and beautiful packaging! I am dying to try out their foundations which I hear are amazing as well. I am tempted to pick up 120 Irrepressible now since it will be perfect for the upcoming months!
