Divo Eyelash Curler REVIEW

Divo Eyelash Curler Review

Hi everyone, I received the DIVO Eyelash Curler in my March FabBag. I had my doubts about it the moment I saw the design but still decided to give it a go. I have used a few times now and have made up my mind about it. So here is the review for you!

Product: Divo Eyelash Curler
Claim: The Divo Eyelash curler creates beautiful and natural looking lashes. It’s uniquely shaped curve fits all eye shapes. The shape of the silicone pad gives an elongated sweeping curl without hurting the skin. The durable hinge at the centre of the curler regulates the amount of pressure applied to the lashes.

The DIVO eyelash curler is a metal eyelash curler with scissors-style handle. It is curved in shape and comes with a silicone rubber pad to be gentle to the eyelashes. There is a hinge at the centre of the silicone pad which is meant to regulate the pressure applied to the lashes.
In my opinion, the eyelash curler handle is the best feature of this makeup tool. It gives a good grip and minimizes the chances of finger slippage.

The shape is a bit too curved in my opinion and may only work for forward set (protruding) eyes. It does not fit my eyes well.
The silicone pad feels pretty cheap but my main issue is the hinge. It feels like it is pinching my lashes. The curl was also not impressive especially since the curler was not able to fit my eye well. I had to curl my lashes two time – one concentrating on the lashes near the inner corner and one concentrating on the outer corner.

Overall I am not a huge fan of the Divo Eyelash Curler. The scissors like handle is where the brand got it right but the shape is way too curved for most people. My main issue is the rubber insert which made mt feel like my eyelashes were getting pulled (maybe even plucked). I am not sure if it is just me who failed to use this properly or the design is really uncomfortable! Anyhow, that is my experience with the product!

  1. I got this in my Fab bag but never got around to using it. Now I don’t think I will.

    • Absolutely! I really love my Etude House eyelash curler. I have seen people rave about the Shu Uemura curler too!
