Hi everyone, today I am here to share my review of a product that I have been loving for a while now! And it’s ironic that I hated it when I used it for the first time; I am talking about the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara. This is a variant of the Diorshow Iconic mascara which has earned a prominent place amongst mascaras from other luxury brands. I have not tried it yet but after using the Iconic Overcurl mascara, I am sure I will love the Diorshow Iconic too! I received a deluxe size sample of the Dior Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara with my Dior Couture Palette Edition Voyage. I have been testing it for a while now so let’s get started with the review!

DiorShow Iconic Overcurl Mascara comes in a silver tube with black accents. The packaging of Dior makeup is always top rated and luxe so expect nothing less from this mascara. It comes in a cardboard packaging that lists all the details about the product. It has a curved wand with bristles that helps create volume at the base of the lashes and apply the mascara on all top lashes at once.
The curved wand takes a bit of getting used to but works really well for lashes. The mascara itself has a great formula, it gives a dramatic curve and then holds it for hours together without any smudging or flaking! And then it is also easy to remove with any good makeup cleanser!
This mascara comes in 3 shades – black, brown and blue. I have the black one and since that matches the colour of my lashes, it looks very natural. I was expecting a bit more volume at the root of the lashes though.
My eyelashes do not feel heavy or stingy even after using this mascara. Just a caution here – a few successive coats may lead to clumping of lashes.
I have straight sparse lashes so I always curl them before applying a mascara and I think it works better that way too. Here are a few photos for you to see the results for yourself!
