I love collecting perfumes especially luxury ones that smell out of this world. But to be a bit practical and keep the costs under control for this obsession of mine, I keep a little collection of affordable fragrance mists. One of my go to scents in perfumes is the citrus scent for its refreshing properties. One of my all time favorite perfumes, Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, is also a citrus scent. Quite a few months ago I had a lot of floral and sweet scents in my collection when I decided to get a citrus scent. That is when I came across this Bath & Body Works White Citrus Fragrance Mist. It has taken me a long time but I am quite close to finish it, but before that I thought I would share my review with all of you!

Bath & Body Works Signature Collection White Citrus Fine Fragrance Mist comes in a long see-through plastic bottle with green accents. The packaging is nothing special and being a tall 236 ml size means it is not travel friendly despite being sturdy.
The scent is, as the name indicates, citrus and is very refreshing to the senses. It is like a burst of sunshine and stays put for about 2-3 hours. I like my fragrance to last all day long or at least for the better part of the day so I am a bit underwhelmed with the performance of this perfume.
When I saw the top, middle, dry notes of the scent, then only I came to know it was supposed to actually smell like because my untrained nose smells lemon for the major part. I might have also noticed a bit of Mandarin but that is it. This fragrance mist does not get any deeper than that!
For the past few weeks I was using it in the evening during my low energy phase as a pick me up. A lot of people swear by this scent but the lasting power make me like this scent less than I want to!

Overall, the Bath & Body Works White Citrus scent is a citrus scent without much depth and lasting power. It smells wonderful when freshly applied but fades soon. The packaging at 236 ml is also quite bulky to be carried around for touch ups. However, it works great when layered under a stronger and longer lasting perfume. I enjoyed using this perfume in spring/summer and I am quite glad that I finished it before the winter. Winter for me is the time for woody, spicy and musky scents!
