Hi everyone, today I am here with a makeup and fashion post. I bought a dress from Global Desi recently and did a few styling posts with it. So there are three different ways in which I have styled the dress and also done different makeup looks to complement it. I hope you like it!
This is the first look where I have styled this pink Global Desi slit dress with black palazzo pants. I picked both of these from Pantaloons. I wanted to keep one look a bit more Indian even though the dress is Indo-western (global desi!). So I paired it with my new colourful pom-pom earrings which add color and ethnic vibes to the look. I do have jhumkas which would have given the same look but I wanted these since this type of jewelry is in trend this season.

Pink Dress: Global Desi Black Palazzo Pants: Pantaloons Black Wedges: Solovoga Bangles: American Swan Earrings: From Janpath
As I have mentioned above, I had a very desi look in mind. So I even in makeup I created typical kohl rimmed eyes with slightly pink glossy lips and a big bindi!
Makeup Details:
MAC Woodwinked
MAC Brule
MAC Select CoverUp NW42
MAC Studio Fix powder foundation NC35
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
IOPE lipstick #16 (as blush)
Lakme Eyeconic kajal - Black
The Face Shop Design My Eyebrow pencil 03
Maybelline Super Film the Magnum Volum Express Mascara - Black
Colorbar Lip pencil 011 Wild Berry
L'Oréal Paris Mega Gloss Dazzle 210 Disco Ball
For the Eye Makeup, I applied MAC Brule all over my eyelid up to the browbone. I then used MAC Woodwinked in the inner corner. Then I smudged the Lakme Eyeconic Kajal in black on my upper lashline and lower lashline also running it on my waterline. I then added a couple of generous coats of the Maybelline the Magnum Volum’ Express Super Film mascara.
For the face, I wanted matte skin so I used a damp makeup sponge to apply my MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation. To cover any blemishes and my under eye area, I applied my MAC Select Cover Up Concealer. I used a powder brush to set my concealer with the MAC Studio Fix again. Once I had an even base, I defined my cheek bones using the Benefit Hoola Bronzer. For slight color to the cheeks, I used my IOPE lipstick in #16 as a cream blush blending it upwards.
I used my favorite brow product of all time – The Face Shop Design My Eyebrow Pencil – to define and fill in my brows.
I used the L’Oreal Dazzle Mega Gloss in Disco Ball to finish off the look after lining and filling the lips with Colorbar Lip Pencil in 011 Wild Berry!
I wanted to do something grand with my hair too but it usually disobeys me so I had to make do with a simple messy bun. I still liked how the whole look turned out and I will be sharing the other 2 ways I styled this dress on the blog soon!
