DHC Deep Cleansing Oil – Review
Hi everyone! I have been trying out four different facial cleansers in the past couple of months. There is a cleansing balm, a miscellar water and two cleansing oils. I have been using the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil for longer and have finished using it so I am reviewing it first! I got this while I was in South Korea mainly to see why this was such a popular product. You will be surprised to read my experience with this product. Read on for full review:
Product: DHC Deep Cleansing Oil
Claim: DHC Deep Cleansing Oil makeup remover completely dissolves all traces of dirt and cosmetics—even waterproof mascara and eyeliner—while nourishing your complexion with antioxidant-rich olive oil. Using dry hands, massage it onto your dry face, and it immediately goes to work. Add water and it transforms to a milky, vitamin-rich emulsion that rinses clean, leaving your skin feeling soft and nurtured; never dry or greasy. One try and you’ll understand why it’s the ultimate cleanser.
Quantity: 200 ml (I used the 70 ml size)

How to Use DHC Deep Cleansing Oil?
Pump out a little of the DHC Deep Cleansing Oil onto the palm and apply it all over the face. Massage it for a few seconds until the makeup starts dissolving with it. Wash off with water!
Ingredients: Olive Fruit Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate, Pentylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopherol, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Rosemary Leaf Oil
DHC Deep Cleansing Oil is one of the most popular makeup cleansers out there. I picked it up just because I had read so much about it. It goes without saying that I had high expectations from the product for the same reasons.
This face cleanser comes in a clear plastic bottle with pump dispenser. The cleanser itself is amber in color and does not have a noticeable scent. The DHC Deep Cleansing Oil can take off waterproof makeup easily and emulsifies when it comes in contact with water. No makeup product has been able to stand against it.
However, I have faced some problems with this cleansing oil because my eyes are a bit sensitive to this product. When I saw the ingredient list, I zeroed in on Rosemary Leaf oil to be the culprit. And I also feel like this cleanser leaves behind a film on the skin. I always felt the need of using a face wash to rinse it off!

[bctt tweet=”DHC Deep Cleansing Oil is an HG product for many but not for @iamritukt. Find out why at: ” via=”no”]
DHC Deep Cleansing Oil might be a HG product for others but it did not work well for me. It made my eyes water and also made my skin feel a bit tacky even though it did remove all forms of makeup well. Since it’s not very affordable either, so I am not exactly rushing to repurchase it anytime soon. I am testing out some other makeup removers and face cleansers that are working far better than this and what’s interesting it some of them come at a fraction of the price of this cleansing oil.

Nice Article Ritu. Even I Prefer Cleansing Milk over Cleansing Oils.
