Festive Makeup Look: Bronze and Red!

Hi everyone, I have been busy shifting house these days so totally forgot to post a few festive looks I created in the past few days. There is little free time but whenever I feel low, I like to do makeup. It makes me feel good! Anyhow. Since I created a relatively cool toned look for my previous festive makeup look, for this one I kept it warm with bronze and red!

Ironically the bronze shade I used to contour, warm up my complexion and cut crease I used a bronzer, the Guerlain Terracotta bronzer. I have the Guerlain Terracotta Bayadére Face & Eye Palette. I will be reviewing it soon but just to give you a bit of info, it comes with two bronzers, one highlight and one blush shade. I used the lighter bronzer for my face and the darker one for my eyes.

This is probably the kind of makeup look that I would wear special occasions since with the palette it is so quick to create. It also looks appropriate for daytime!
To create this makeup look, I used the highlight from my Guerlain Terracotta Bayadére Face & Eye Palette palette to highlight my inner corners and the browbone. I followed it with the rose gold foiled eyeshadow from Aritaum (Aritaum Shine Fix Eyes No3) all over my lids. Then I used the darker bronzer under my lower lashline to slightly define my eyes and also in my crease for the slightly smoky effect. I applied the coral shade from the palette as my transition color for this smoky eye look.
The Face Shop Design My Eyebrow pencil was my chosen tool to define my eyebrows.
And then I used my Maybelline the Colossal liner to create a bold eyeliner. Then I curled my lashes and used my Etude House Lash Perm All Shockara to open up my eyes even more!
For the face, I wanted to have a dewy look so I used my IOPE Retigen Luminous Base. It is a pearlescent makeup base that gives a hint of glow to the skin. I topped it with my Innisfree Mineral Moisture foundation. This is a sheer to medium coverage foundation perfect for daytime looks.
I covered my dark circles with the Benefit Erase Paste. To set the concealer, I used the L’Oreal Paris Mat Magique powder. I followed it with a light swipe of the Guerlain Terracotta bronzer to add warmth to my face. I then used the darker shade from the palette to contour my cheeks. I then used the beautiful peachy coral shade in the palette on the apple of my cheeks.
To finish the look, I swiped the gorgeous Giordani Gold Baroque Jewel lipstick in Cerise Pink which is a mid-toned red with gold glitter. I am in love with this lipstick!

Looking back at the photos, I probably needed a bit more blending but I still like how this makeup look turned out. All the products I used to create this daytime appropriate festive makeup look are given below!
