I received the be a…bombshell eyeshadow quad in London in my May FabBag. I have been trying it for the past few days and came up with a couple of eye looks with it. So here is a review with swatches and a couple of eye looks using the Be A Bombshell London eyeshadow quad.

The Be A Bombsheel London quad comes with 4 shimmer shades and each is named – Pistol, Halo, Corrupt, Starstruck. The quad comes in a black round plastic case with clear top lid that displays the shades. That is all about the packaging, it is pretty basic and functional.
All of the 4 eyeshadow shades are really soft to touch. There is a stark white, light grey, medium black and warm purple in the quad and as I mentioned above with a whole lot of shimmer. Because of the reflective qualities of shimmer (duh!) the shades look lighter on the eye than they appear in the packaging.
These eyeshadows are really soft, in so much that they give a lot of fall out. I have struggled with using base shadow brushes since the brush does not pick up a lot of product and yet creates a lot of fall out! I have liked using my fingers to use these and the pigmentation (plus color payoff) has worked out way better with fingers. I would also suggest doing the eye makeup first since the foundation might be ruined if you are not careful with the fallouts.
The eye looks that I have created have lasted the whole day both with and without shimmer so this product gets a big thumbs up from me in that department.
In my opinion, this eyeshadow quad lacks balance for me. It is all shimmer so there is nothing for the crease (especially for full or semi hooded eyes). I like using matte shades as transition and crease shades so I cannot pull off a whole look (smokey eye) just by using this eyeshadow quad. Purple is my favorite shade out of the 4. The colors if used for simple eye look – like single color on the lid – work fine!

I enjoyed using the Be A Bombshell Cosmetics London Eyeshadow Quad. It has all shimmer shades so I think it is not very versatile. The grey shades comes off more taupe – almost muddy – so it is my least favorite shade but the rest of shades look really nice on the eyes.
I created a couple of somey eye looks using this quad:
Look 1: Purple Smokey Eye
1. Purple on the lid.
2. White in the Inner corner.
3. Black in and above the crease, under the waterline.
4. Grey as transition shade.
Look 2: Grey Smokey Eye
1. Grey on the lid.
2. Black on and above the crease.
3. White on the browbone as highlight
4. Purple as liner on the lower lashline.
