Hi everyone, today I am reviewing Tattva Peach Grapes and Cherry Blossom Body Butter that I received in my December FabBag. I reviewed the bag but somehow did not get to try out the products right away. Decemeber and January were a little difficult for the family as we got some devastating news. I had to stay with my in-laws family for a couple of months before flying back to Bangalore. I have been trying out products non-stop but due to tendonitis, working minimal hours. I am still terrified of the pain I endured last year due to this problem. So anyway, hope you find the review of the Tattva body butter helpful!

Tattva is a brand by Shabia Walia and the products are available on their website in addition to Fab Bag. I received two products in my December Fab Bag – Tattva Peach Grapes and Cherry Blossom Body Butter and Tattva Lip Scrub. I have been enjoying using both these days.
Tattva Peach Grapes and Cherry Blossom Body butter comes in a white plastic tub container. The body butter is peach in color and has a light consistency than most body butters. It smells sweet and peach-y and I find that smell very unique and refreshing.
The body butter is easy to apply to the skin and absorbs fast. It is moisturizing but the effect does not last all day. I see myself re-applying it on the dry parts especially my hands and elbows. The lingers for a while after application but does not interfere with any fragrance (perfume).
The packaging only mentions Active ingredients (Cocoa, Shea Butter, Glycerin, Avocado, Almond oil, Olive oil, Wheat Germ oil, Aloe vera, Peach, Grapes, Cherry, Vegetable oils, Butter). I prefer seeing the full ingredient list, but anyway I think this might contain added color and fragrance as none of these ingredients can impart such vivid peach color or scent. But I cannot be sure.

I have dry skin so this is not as moisturizing for my skin as I prefer my body lotions and body butters to be but it may work well for oily/normal skin. I have liked this product enough to want to try more products from the brand Tattva. I am already using the Lip scrub which I will be reviewing soon.
