Clio Professional Kill Black Waterproof Brush Liner had been on my wish list for a long time. It is one of the most well-known makeup products from Clio Professional (under the Club Clio umbrella) in Korea. I got it a few days before leaving Korea from an Olive Young store. I also picked up the Kill Brown version of this so here is a review of the Kill Black Waterproof Brush Liner!

Clio Professional Kill Black Waterproof Brush Liner comes in a sleek black pen packaging. The brush is firm but not stiff (or flimsy) so it is easy to use! The brush is tapered at the end for a sharp and precise line and the eyeliner is deep black (as black as can be) in color. On top of that, it is also buildable – so it is easy to get a really opaque finish.

I love using it to create cat eye! This brush eyeliner is waterproof and smudge-proof but is easy to remove using a makeup remover. I have not experienced any flaking with this liner either. And it is long-lasting even though the intensity does fade with time.

One of the strange things I have seen with this eyeliner is that it stays longer (and more opaque) if used with other makeup products. I must add that the eyeliner does not wide away completely but it fades away slowly with time. I have used this eyeliner on and off for over 6 months and have not seen any change in formula or pigmentation. I always shake the liner before use and have never faced any problems. This is not the most affordable eyeliner though. Still I am in love with the Kill Black eyeliner. I am so glad I also picked up the Kill Brown eyeliner (which I will be reviewing in the coming weeks)!
Clio Professional also do a nice range of pencil gel liners (Gelpresso liners) and liquid liners – Kill Black and Kill Brown – in pen form. I have tried and reviewed the Gelpresso liners but have not tried the Kill Black Pen liner yet.
