This spring Etude House released a skincare range, Dust CUT, which contained 4 products – Foam Cleanser, Finish cream, Facial Mist and Mask sheet. This range was highly marketed and was created to combat the ill-effects of yellow dust and pollution on the skin. I published an introductory post on this range. I also picked up the facial mist followed by the masksheet. I have already shared my review of the Dust CUT facial mist so here are my thoughts on the Etude House Dust-CUT masksheet!

Dust-CUT Skincare Range by Etude House:
- Dust CUT Finish Cream
- Dust CUT Facial Mist
- Dust CUT Micro Foam Cleanser
- Dust CUT masksheet
The Etude House Dust Cut masksheet is a bleached cotton sheet that comes in individual mint sachets. Like all other products from this skincare range, this mask contains charcoal which helps in removing impurities from the skin. Some other notable ingredients are Grapefruit extract, Willow Bark extract, Peppermint Leaf extract, Bambusa (bamboo)extract, Lavender extract, Thyme extract, Tea tree leaf extract, Eucalyptus leaf extract etc. in addition to Charcoal powder. This list of ingredients might be responsible since the face masksheet is moisturizing in addition to clarifying.
Despite a long list of aromatic things like Eucaplyptus, Tea Tree, Thyme, Laveneder etc, this face mask does not seem very highly scented to me. Don’t get me wrong, I am happier with fragrance-free skincare products but when I read the ingredient list, I was expecting some aromatic “relaxing time” with this masksheet! Anyway.
I only bought one Dust Cut face mask which I believe does not authorize me to comment on the dust removing properties of the mask in the long run. But in the short time aka one time use, I think it was relaxing to use and moisturized my skin. I felt that it was quite soothing to use which is absolutely not the first thing you expect from something containing charcoal.

I loved using this face mask, it is one of the better face masks I have used from Etude House. I am so glad this product is paraben-free and mineral oil-free but it does contain alcohol and added fragrance! I can definitely get some more of these to deep clean my skin but these are a bit more expensive to get, almost the same price as the gel mask sheets.
