I recently reviewed the Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen CC cream (Read review) and since it came in trial kit for the Moistfull Super Collagen range, I am going to review the second product from the kit, the Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen cream today. The Super Collagen skincare range is a part of Etude House’s widely popular Moistfull range which also features Moistfull Aloe, Moistfull Collagen, Moistfull Flower, Moistfull White and Moistfull Collagen Homme lines. So let’s get into the Super Collagen cream review!

Etude House’s Moistfull Collagen cream was their #1 Global bestseller last year so I was expecting them to cash on that hype and come up with more similar products. They released the Moistfull Super Collagen line earlier this year and despite my apprehensions, I got the trial kits for the range. I featured one in my giveaway, gifted one to a friend and kept one for myself to try!
I used the 10 ml trial tube however the full-size cream comes in a frosted Beige glass jar with a golden plastic lid (The Moistfull Flower comes in the same jar style in pink color). It looks elegant and comes with a spatula, which is a plus point considering the hygiene factor for tub packaging in skincare.
I started using this more than a couple of weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised by the richness of the cream. I am sure it is because of the “Super Collagen” (Hydrolyzed Collagen formulated by Etude House, I think). The cream is rich and smells citrus-y. I instantly fell in love!

On the day I started wearing this, I discovered some oily spots on my face which usually doesn’t happen to my dry skin and so I decided to keep it as a night cream! It has worked really well for me even when I do not use any essence prior to applying this and I still wake up with supple skin.
I feel that this will be an excellent cream for people with dry skin in winters (not summers or monsoon probably!) and definitely not for oily or normal skin types as it might be too rich for them!

I liked this cream but not as much as the Moistfull Flower cream (which I will be reviewing soon). I think this has worked better as my face massage cream for special occasions or night cream. I did not use it everyday since it is a heavy cream, I am sure it will be a dream to use in winter! I will try the full-version in the colder months when my skin cries out for some TLC! I need to start working on the review of the Super Collagen Ampoule Essence now!
