Last year I tried the Silk Scarf Damage Hair pack + Serum: Avocado Seed from Etude House and really loved it. Since hair care products rarely impress me, and I also do not experiment a lot with hair products so I sort of forgot all about them. Recently I found a box full of these miracle products that make my hair feel soft and more manageable. This week I used the Camellia Seed version of this and here is the review!

The Silk Scarf Hair Pack and Serum sachet is extremely light and travel-friendly. There is sufficient product in the sachet and packaging is easy to use, it is easy to open without a pair of scissors. The directions of use are given in both Korean and English.
Etude House Silk Scarf Damage Hair Pack + Serum come in 4 forms:
- Avocado Seed
- Camellia Seed
- Jojoba Seed
- Argan Seed
I massaged my hair with oil and left it overnight and then the next morning, I washed my hair with the Scwarzkopf Bonacure Hair Therapy Color Freeze Shampoo. Then after squeezing out a lot of water, I applied this Camellia Seed hair mask to my hair.
It has the consistency of a hair conditioner and smelled divine. It has a fruity floral scent which I enjoyed. I kept the hair pack on for about 5 minutes before washing it off completely. Even though the brand has suggested 2 minutes, I kept it on for longer since I have dry frizzy hair.
After removing excess water from my hair, I applied the serum and it smelled just like the hair pack. The consistency was creamier and after applying it to my towel dried hair, I let my hair air dry.
My hair looked smooth and frizz-free. I have dry hair so I saw a lot of difference in how my hair felt but one of my friends, who has oily hair, also swears by the Silk Scarf Hair pack and serum. The ingredient list contains plenty of plant and fruits extract and this product is paraben free!

For an instant soften me up for hair, the Etude House Silk Scarf Damage Hair Pack + Serum are a great option. I do not plan on using these every single time I wash my hair but maybe once every fortnight or for special occasions. I have multiple packs of all the for Silk Scarf Hair pack and serum but the Camellia Seed is only the second one I used up. I still have Jojoba and Argan Seed ones in my inventory and will be reviewing them soon!

Does it really work… I wanna use it…?
It does not have a lasting effect but I like how it makes my hair feel immediately after washing and drying!
