Many years ago, I read somewhere that Gold extracts in skincare products are good for dry skin. Ever since then, I always went for skincare items with Gold extracts whenever I could. I always got Shehnaz Hussain Gold facials for special occasions and bought Pearl or 24k Gold creams. When I came to Korea, I never found face mask sheets with Gold extract until I went to a HANSKIN store in Ewha University area. I instantly picked a few! I used a couple of these in the past 2 weeks so thought of sharing my thoughts with you.

Product: Hanskin Gold Caviar Sheet mask
Claim: This mask gives moisture and nutrition to the skin and creates a firm, smooth silky texture.
Directions: 

1. After cleansing and toning, unfold the mask and place it on the face.
2. Remove after 15-20 minutes.
3. Gently tap the essence on the face until it is fully absorbed.

Key Ingredients: Caviar extract, Gold extract, Collagen, Rose extract, Guava leaf extract, Aloe Vera (Leaf) extract
One of the first things that I noticed after opening the masksheet was that it was a little thicker than the other masksheets I have used. The essence was not very runny or maybe it stayed better in place because of the thickness of the masksheet. The cutouts for the eyes were smaller than I am used to and it was a wee bit uncomfortable. When I used my second masksheet, I cut the holes for the eyes a little bit for a better fit.
The scent of the mask was quite mellow and I am not even sure what it smelled like but it was pleasant. I kept the  mask on for about 15 minutes. The masksheet did dry up a little and hence created a firming effect. It was not as dramatic as a Firming mask I used from Mamonde but it was noticeable.
I pt on my face for the essence to absorb completely and then I applied the rest of the essence on the mask on my neck and hands. I could not find a full ingredient list in English anywhere so I am not sure if this mask contains parabens etc. but the key ingredient list is impressive! I liked using this mask.

Note: HANSKIN products sold on the websites are at least a year into their manufacturing date so keep an eye on the manufacturing and best before date if you buy Hanskin products.
I liked using this masksheet but Hanskin products are not as readily available as other Korean products online/in stores. I really want to try more Gold masks now as I like how moisturizing they are!
