Hi there! How are you? I am enjoying my weekend at the Sun Cruise Resort in Korea. It is a cruise themed resort situated on a cliff near a beach on the east coastline of South Korea. It is much more beautiful in person than in pictures on the web! We came here yesterday and I thought I would show you what I packed for this 2 day-1 night trip. This is more of a rant post.
A sort of disclaimer I would like to put out here is that I am not a beauty guru. I am an average looking girl and I do not try to look above average most of the time. I just like to have fun – with or without makeup.
Now that I have put it out there, let me tell you the deciding factors. First was that it is a luxury resort so I expected good bath and body items like body wash, body lotion. Second it is a one day trip so I decided to carry the samples I keep getting from the Korean beauty brands I shop at for face cream, BB cream, face wash and sunscreen. It lightens a lot of load because these items usually come in packaging of 50ml or above. And for one day I do not want to carry kilos of skincare items. I am here for fun and that is my top priority.

These may be too much or too less for different people. These items serve me well and I enjoy a bit of getting ready and presenting myself well but not so much that I waste time doing only that and not have fun on the trip. Makeup, beauty and shopping is a big part of my life and I have made it a little important (and explainable) by choosing to be a beauty blogger but it is not my main identity or my first priority. There are more important things in life than just looking good. So let’s just have fun while we are alive. Rant over!
