Lakme is the first brand I ever tried when I first started applying makeup. I had just learned how to apply a black liner from my sister and wanted to apply it as often as I could! I practiced using Blue Heaven eyeliner, the cheapest thing available at the time, and learnt how to accentuate my eyes. So when I saw the new Lakme Fantasy shimmer liners, I got all emotional to give them a try (Nostalgia?) Since I already love my L’Oreal Carbon Black, I bought the shimmery Midnight Moon shade which looked Silvery deep blue to me in the lights of the mall! It turned out to be normal shimmery gray!
It was not very expensive (for 3.5 ml) and the applicator is a usual thin brush so I did not really attention to it before buying. The formula is nice and it is easy to apply but it does not look any different than a normal black liner. In light, it may show its shimmer but the color that I actually bought this for never really showed up (of course my mistake for not looking closely).
It does last through the day but it rubs off easily so I carry it with me in case I have to reapply. The packaging is simple and I like the long conic gold top. The eyeliner color is visible in the clear plastic bottle with gold print! It is easy to remove with makeup remover and does not irritate my eyes.
It takes a few seconds to set but once it is set, it stays put unless rubbed off or removed. This is not a waterproof eyeliner but it has a good staying power!

I would have liked the color to show up in a different shade than gray-ish black but since this is the only shimmer-y eyeliner I have at the moment, it is a good change! I might try more as there are at least 4 more shades in the line
