Hi everyone! Today I want to talk about a holiday collection released by Estee Lauder this year. It is called the Estee Lauder Makeup Artist Professional Color Collection.
I bought this set a few days ago from The Galleria in ApgujeongRodeo. I have not tried Estee Lauder products apart from their holiday collection of 2010 – Glamour is Golden collection (read about it here). And I enjoyed it a lot. So when I saw this at the Estee Lauder counter in The Galleria I instantly decided to buy it.

I was not particularly looking to buy a holiday collection but since I do not own Estee Lauder products, I think it is a great way for me to try their makeup and build my collection. I own far too much Korean makeup now and do not have much from the International beauty brands.

Estee Lauder launched this collection in October and it can be found in most Estee Lauder stores (at least in Seoul). This collection has slightly different shades in eyeshadows, blushes and lipsticks in different countries. It was released in two cases – Red and Navy.
The Navy case (taken from the web):

The Navy one comes with 18-color eyeshadow palette, 4-color blush compact, 3 lipsticks, 2 full size lip glosses, 1 small size nail paint, 1 full length mascara, small size eye pencil, full size eye and lip makeup remover, advanced night repair cream, gold travel pouch.
I have only seen the red case in Korea so I think this was not released here and may be available only if ordered online.

Difference between the contents of Red and Navy SlimCase:

The Navy case comes with 2 glosses (red has only 1) and it comes with a full-size mascara (the red comes with small size mascara).
The colors in eyeshadows and blushes also vary a little for each country. Seoul does not have a culture of bronzer or sun-kissed glow so the blush compact comes with 4 blushes while UK and US blush compacts have a bronzer (bronze Goddess) in the blush compact!
