Hi! I am here to talk about a few of the home remedies I have been using over the years for skin care. I try a lot of bath and body products but I rarely experiment with things for my face. I like to apply natural products to my face and here are a few of the things i do regularly to take care of y facial skin!
Remove Whiteheads
Place a hot (wet) towel on the area for about 5 minutes. This will loosen the grip of the sebum (causing whitehead). Gently rub with the towel to remove the whiteheads.
For Elasticity of skin
Wash your face and apply honey to your face like a face mask (avoiding eye and lips area). Once it starts drying (7-8 minutes depending upon the thickness of the layer of honey) start gently patting with your fingers. The honey will stick to your fingers and gently pull your skin. Do this for a minute or two (but remain very gentle and keep your hands close to your face when moving away. This is supposed to awaken skin and activate the underlying layers. This also helps with maintaining the elasticity of the skin. Wash your face and apply a moisturizer
One Ingredient face masks
The three simplest ingredients that you can apply to your face directly from your refrigerator (after washing thoroughly) are cucumber, tomatoes and milk.
– Apply a thin layer of milk (1tsp is sufficient) to your face after washing and then gently rub it off to unleash clean, clear and bright skin.
– Apply tomato pulp lightly to your face (1tsp of Tomato juice or just rub 1 slice). Wash after 15 minutes.
– Apply cucumber juice (received after grating ) or just rub a slice on your face. Wash after 10-15 minutes.
Tip – Always remember to not talk, frown or squint when the face mask is drying. Keep those 15 minutes for relaxation!

Gram flour, milk and turmeric I use to get rid of tan on my hands. The smoothness it brings to my hands is amazing!
