VLCC Rose Water Toner – Review, Price, Buy in India

Hi everyone, the winters are here in Delhi and I am trying to keep my skin hydrated by using gentle and yet moisturizing products. I am trying to drink plenty of water every day in addition to using products that are hydrating to the skin and yet not heavy. I recently reviewed the Biotique Bio Saffron Day Cream. And the toner I am using these days is the VLCC Rose Water toner. Both of these skincare products have worked well for my skin till now. I am keeping my fingers crossed to keep my skin in a good condition as long as possible. Here is the detailed review for you!
You will also find a list of a few of my recommended face toners at the end of this post.

VLCC Rose Water Toner

The VLCC Rose Water toner comes in a white plastic bottle with a flip-top lid. The toner smells of roses but it is more like an artificial rose scent. It does not have the natural scent of roses in my opinion. It has a water-y consistency and I have to keep the cotton ball quite close to the opening to avoid spilling. The rose flower print on the packaging is eye-catching, I totally love it. The cardboard packaging that houses this skin toner contains all the details including the ingredients, claim, company information, product details, etc.
As I have already mentioned, this face toner has a rose scent and a water-y consistency. It feels cooling to the skin when I apply it. It evaporated quickly after application which I think means that it has alcohol in it. I still think that it does not dry out my skin a lot. As a precaution, I use a toner only on the oily parts of my face (mainly T-zone). If you have very dry skin, consider using natural rose water only or skipping the toner altogether. I use a toner because I developed slightly larger pores on my cheeks (because of not using a toner in the past) and I want to stop them from getting larger.
That is pretty much it about the toner. It works well but does not produce magic. You can get this affect from any average skin toner. I have used plenty of good skin toners in the past and have been trying out others to just find affordable alternatives for you guys.

VLCC Skin Defense Rose Water Toner

Rating: 3.5/5

Here are my favourite skin toners: Mamonde Rose Water, Innisfree Rose Clear Skin, The Body Shop Aloe Calming Toner. These 3 are my favourite skin toners of all time. I would repurchase them in a heartbeat. I think for the price, VLCC Rose Water Toner is also a good option to try out. This facial toner will work for all skin types. People with sensitive skin might need to be careful since this one seems to have artificial fragrance and alcohols.
