Festive Fever Collection by L’Oreal Makeup Designer Paris
I have always had a good run with the L’Oreal makeup products. Whether I have tried the Moist Matte lipsticks, Infallible de Rouge lipsticks, Gel Intenza eyeliners, Silkissime eyeliners or more, I have loved the products launched by L’Oreal in India. This time, I was lucky enough to receive a few products from the Festive Fever collection launched in October. I received them a day before Diwali but my sister-in-law’s engagement sadly coinciding with my mother’s accident (she’s safe now) kept me away from blogging. All is well and that is why I am (finally) here with the new L’Oreal makeup collection. (PS: It’s a winner!)

I am so excited to try out all of these products and even created a simple yet glamorous makeup look using these products today. I have already tried the Gel Intenza eyeliners and Moist Matte lipsticks so I know these are one of the best makeup products in the market right now (they have been for quite a few years ever since their launch).

I am super pumped to try out the La Palette Nude in 01 Rose since it has some subtle rosy neutral shades that are not easily available in India, especially in a compact palette. I would have loved to see some sort of labeling on the shades for makeup tutorials but we’ll get over it since the palette is so beautiful. I know I am going to get a good use out of this palette in the coming months.
The True Match Super Blendable powder is also a winner and I am going to get a lot of use out of it to set my concealer this winter. I have dry skin so that is pretty much how I tend to use face powders. The Gel Intenza eyeliner in Sapphire Blue is so gorgeous. I had it a couple of years ago and am glad to have it again. It is the perfect alternative to black for brown-eyed gals.
Good black eyeliners are always welcome to my vanity which is why I am happy with the Le Smoky eyeliners. I am about to run out of my Silkissime eyeliner in Black so I am glad that I already have a good back up now. The Blaze of Red Moist Matte lipstick is definitely going to complement my smudged out kohl look on lazy makeup days!
